Any way to reset graphics settings?

The game was working fine but then i screwed with the graphics settings and now the game only runs at 30-40 FPS rather than my usual 60.

ok, better answer this time.

In your 'documents' folder, look for a folder called "NFS Shift"
Inside that is a file called 'graphicsconfig.xml'
You can edit that with a plain text editor.

Or remove it, the game will generate a new one for you.

The opener of the thread unfortunately misconfigurated his game and now he cannot change it back to its default settings.

BTW: This seems to be the folder location for most NFS games! I was looking to reset the settings of Need For Speed Unbound and found it also in the same place, so thank you! :)

Same for Need For Speed Heat aswell. I wound up here while looking for it in that game and its there, names are just a little different.
