Cant sell cars?

Why can't i sell cars i dont want any more to use cash to do up my new cars?

there are cars they give you for free you cant sell, any car you buy you can sell. but take all the parts off first, i dont know if you get a refund. but you can sell them back before you sell the car.
to sell a car go to MY CARS and any car you can sell will have "sell car" choice in the lower left onder the cars stat graph when you highlight that car on the list
