Battlefield 2

bad screen tearing, any fix?
just got this game, im able to run it on max, however i get lines going through my screen, its screen tearing. Usually what i do is turn vsync off and that fixes it, however, there is no vysnc option in this game, is there any way to force it off thorugh commands or something? its really bugging me

what is your fps? I would recommend getting a 144 hz monitor but you need to have a pc that can get that many fps :) You will not notice screen tearing with that many fps

thats the reason you get it. You can enable V-sync that will fix it but i do not recommend that because it can give mouse delay :/

Buy a monitor with G-sync (if you own Nvidia GPU) or Freesync (If you own an AMD GPU) and never have to deal with tearing and the stutter/input lag caused by vsync.
