Medal of honour airborne wont install after cd key input

Aftre cd input i get an white promt for an slit secind then nothing happens
What to do? Im runnung win 10 have 64 gb ram ryzen i7 so etc so nothing powerwhise that is to week in the slightest. i just want the game up and runing but it wont initi the instalation after cd key is inputed sadly.. no errors or anything so im out of ideas and i dont find any solotions online for this specific.
