Missing Weapons and Textures

Lighting Textures and Player weapons don't appear for me at all. Any fixes?

Thank you. I was able to tweak a little bit. I'm still missing some of the lighting textures so most scenes in the plane are too dark and sometimes uniforms in cutscenes are all black but the weapons appear and the game functions well enough for a playthrough...and for that price, that's really all I wanted.
