Video Options Difficulty

I have had some difficulty running airborne on my laptop. When first launching the game I had a pop up telling me to set my video options. I did so and upon entering the game I found I had set it up wrong making everything too laggy, but when I went to the video options in game I found that I was unable to adjust them and had no way to bring the pop up launcher back.
Any suggestions on what I can do will be much appreciated!

Here's what worked for me.

Go to your documents folder. Look for EA Games then the Medal of Honor:Airborne folder. Go into the config folder then delete "MOHAsettings.ini" (or rename it just in case - add a .BAK at the end of the filename). Next time you start, the settings should pop up.
