This is a nice solution with dxlevel 91 and compatibility settings, but has a big problem: you will be NEVER able to change default graphics settings. (For example, resolution will be stuck in 800×600 I think...) Don't worry, I have a better solution.

If you have nVidia card:

1. Open nVidia Control Panel (Right Click on Desktop - nVidia Control Panel)
or Control Panel - (change view to small icons) - nVidia Control Panel

2. Go to 3D Settings - Manage 3D settings
3. Go to Program Settings tab
4. Click Add, then Browse

5. Browse the moha_setup.exe of the game. Usually found here if you installed via steam:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SteamApps\common\Medal of Honor Airborne\UnrealEngine3\Binaries\moa_setup.exe
If you have the game from DVD:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Medal of Honor Airborne\UnrealEngine3\Binaries\moa_setup.exe

6. From the list below Preferred Graphics Processor select High-performance NVIDIA Processor
7. Click Apply and close nVidia Contol Panel.
8. ENJOY! Game must be working fine now, and you will be able to change settings as well.

If you have AMD card:
I've tried to do the same by AMD Catalyst Control Center to run moha_setup.exe with dedicated card, but didn't seem to work. You may try. But there's another, less elegant way to do that. Note that you will need to do that anytime you want to run moha_setup.exe

1. Go to Device Manager (Control Panel - (change view to small icons) - Device Manager)
2. Find Video Cards in the list, and open it.
3. MAKE SURE YOU CAN SEE 2 GRAPHICS CARDS THERE, ONE AMD, ONE INTEL!!!
4. Right Click on the INTEL CARD and click Disable. (Don't worry if screen's gonna be black for some moments.)
5. Run MOHA now, it should work. After you made the settings, don't forget to enable the INTEL CARD.
(In Device Manager Right Click on it, click Enable.)

I can add some explanation later if needed.
