How to play multiplayer on 2020 ?

I bought this game, because I saw on YouTube that this game can still play multiplayer ...

then how do I create an account or sign in using an EA account? i have account EA origin like BF4 / BF1

normally they are accounts that can no longer be created as far as I know, but if you are interested, there are clans that give accounts, you just have to be interested in playing online

Hey could you toss any of that info my way? I already have an OG account from way back when but nobody seems to be on so I'd love to get in touch with people that still play. I would appreciate it greatly.
