Motion sickness

I'm not the easiest person to get motion sick. Even in VR I can spend ~5 hours without any problems, but oh boy does this game makes me sick. Is there a console command to disable motion blur and head bob while running?

Head bob I dunno, but on your documents,
EA, Medal of Honor, go to MOHASettings, open it with notepad and look for motion blur, and put it on false. I also want to know if you can disable the head bob.

I also think, for you, it might be the fov, it seems a bit complicated to change, but once i did change the weapon disappears at random times so I just learned to embrace the claustrophobia.

I also KNOW you can change the guns parameters, theres a mod that does it, so the gun spread doesn't go haywire, cause i'll tell you, sometimes even when using ironsights, the bullets just goes wherever it feels like.
