Audio problems in single player.

Hi, in the first mission after the plane dropping tutorial I encountered a problem with the audio. Whenever someone would talk or a gun would be fired or any sound in general there would be an echo that followed it of the same sound. I've been trying to find answers on the internet but I couldn't find anything on this particular issue. I tried to mess with the audio settings in the game as well as the launcher but that didn't fix the problem. I also tried reinstalling the physx drivers but the issue persisted. Any help would be appreciated.

Same issue. It's so distracting it makes the game unplayable.
