Report a translation problem
I redownloaded the game and went around in the config files to figure out FoV and stuff.
Config files are located at "My Documents\EA Games\Medal of Honor Airborne(tm)\Config\"
There's lots of references for "FoV", especially in MOHAPlayer.ini and MOHAWeapon.ini.
MOHAPlayer.ini :
MOHAWeapon.ini : (Beware: Many weapons means multiple unique entries)
With that out of the way, letsee...
IronsightsTargetWorldFOV changes how far ADS zooms in.
IronsightsTargetPlayerFOV. I recommend making it match IronsightsTargetWorldFOV relative to every weapon. Here's a screenshot of the M1 Garand. Default it has 55 WorldFOV and 20 PlayerFOV, which is above. Below is 55 WorldFOV and 55 PlayerFOV.

That happens the first few times I go ADS, but after moving around, standing still, playing with the controls, the zooming smoothes itself out. More info needed...

Don't play for multiplayer. Really. Don't. No, don't even think about it. It won't happen.
It's well worth 10 dollars, I love it, but the game is starting to show it's age.
