Any way to use a 2nd toolbar? It would really come in handy. I spend a lot of time looking for items that i regularly use. Having them in two or three toolbars would save me a world of time. If they made the icon's smaller,.. they could easily expand how many items you could fit. Searching for items ...gets really tiresome after a while.

I get the feeling the interface is designed for a move to smaller devices with less screen real estate. I was mostly feeling the the constraint when managing the dwarves, crafting, and viewing inventory. Since the action stops it would be extremely helpful to be able to view several dwarves at a time when you are upgrading gear, or want to see their stats, and not to have to scroll through pages of crafting items. I do like your idea of multiple toolbars.

It's way too small. It needs so many more boxes it's not even funny. Going in and out of crafing area so much to change things is a major pain and tedious.

Yes.. i literally am spending minutes looking for items.. then i gotta go back to tech tree and look again etc etc...

Yes, and this issue is exacerbated by the wonky tabbed format of the inventory, where items seem to have been semi-randomly distributed.

Now that I think about it, the real problem is sharing items and spells in the hotkeys. If we had a Spell Bar with all researched spells on it, there would be much less need for a second toolbar.

If you hold down ctrl you have a second tool bar.

Necro a nearly 2 year old thread.... The feature literally wasn't in the game at the time the question was asked.

By pressing the Ctrl key you can call additional panel with fast slots.
