How do you collect wool in the underground map?

Unless I'm missing something, wool is still needed to craft up the tech tree in the underworld. If so, which creatures provide it? The ones I've murdered so far have failed to yield useful items.

I'm not in that world yet, but maybe just buy it from the Grunt's Shop?

I am at that level also. From what I've read, you should make offerings at the altar, and if the deity is pleased, then you get lots of different items, including more animals, in return. Those animals would then either drop the wool or there might be wool items.
