How to reset ?

The entire game, including the bestiary, how i do this ?

For most game you can only reset them completely by uninstalling, deleting all the related files in your AppData, and deleting the Steam Cloud saves data. For this one, it looks like you only need to clear the AppData file.

To make this much simpler, load the game, go to "Settings" and click "Give Feedback." This will take you directly to the AppData folder you need. Close the game, and delete everything in this folder to delete old save data, and the beastiary.

This won't reset your Steam Achievements, but it will reset everything else.
