Head left, up past the friendly dwarf area, up the stairs, and there's a metal elevator shaft; build ladders up that and the first opening on the right there should be a thing that kind of looks like a shop and there's a sign with a gold bag on it to the right of it.
That's the shop. just click on it like you do the goblin trader. There's a couple more on the level but they all have the gold-bag sign I believe.
You can also zoom out on the map and if you've spotted one it'll appear as a bag of gold medallion on top of it.
It's like the Lonely Mountain DLC. A few new monsters, new environmental objects that do things, and a new map style to explore. There's less reliance on the "living off the land" style of Lonely Mountain though, and there's friendly dwarves though I haven't found them that helpful myself.
Very helpful, thanks! I found one guarded by a bunch of beholders and zombies, looked a lot like any old abandoned storeroom since I was used to there being an orc or goblin shopkeeper so didn't consider that might be it. =)
