Was an Ent there before you build you base or Outpost there? Is you main Portal/Storage there?

When the game started, the ent was there - i killed and removed him and then build my base there...
But that shouldnt happen normally, i guess

If I remember correctly there was a mod and later a patch that makes the ent spawn again, and you built on his spawnpoint.
