Harvesting Biomes
Is there any way of specifying what resources you take with you when you leave a biome?
Just done one, trying to build up a supply of rare ores, only to leave with a bit of the ore and a bunch of resources I didn't need like bones and slime.

There might be a way to change files in the main.pak zip file to change what you can get but I haven't looked into doing that so I have no clue what to tell you to change. Other than that I don't think there is any way to change any of that.

Oh well, thanks anyway.

That's a good idea, maybe you could be given a certain number of 25 item "lots", and you could pick 25 of any resource to bring back with you until you run out of lots.

How it currently works is you take home up to exactly 35 of each basic resource. Only items in the first tab count for this, so you can end up taking home 1000 or more items, but no more than 35 of each type.

If you need a lot of something specific you can play a biome solo by starting a friends game and not inviting anyone. Assuming you beat the boss you can go home with 100 coins and spend these on anything you need. Or you can simply gather 35 of the resources you need and bring it home.

Could you tell me plz what the purpose of the biome? To gather 35 of each resource you find and all the coins to transport em back to your game? But if I have all I need in my game there is no point in finishing it? I just don't see much reason to spend 10 hours to "win" biome from the very start to get a bunch of minerals. I wish we had a portal delivery to farm all that biomes posess. :-( I'm on a forest level in campaign, maybe biomes are more relevant on later stages cuz of huge lack of resources?

Yes, on later levels you have more techs to research and it's possible to run out of specific resources. If you just want to gather some stuff you have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes before you can bring them home. If you want to beat the level solo without a coop partner it should take you no more than 1-2 hours once you know what you are doing, but you will then get a big pile of coins you can spend on further resources.

The one exception is the spider queen biome which is (intentionally) very difficult.
