Creative mode?

I'm currently in the process of going after all of the achievements and there is one for spending 5 hours in creative mode. I was wondering how do we get into creative mode?

At the main menu (With all of the DLC's installed) we have:
Choose level and Multiplayer, in Multiplayer we can Host and Join a game.
Under Choose Level - Choose Game Mode, we have: New Campaign and New Custom Game.
Under New Campaign we get set starting conditions.

Under New Custom Game we get the following settings:

(World/Map) Size: Small - Large.
Weather Events: Rare - Extremely wet.
World Type: Forest, Ice, Desert, Underground, Mountain Valley, Lonely Mountain, Two Fortresses, (Mod) Fishmans's Cave.
Tech Mode: Sandbox, Tech Tree, All available. (I'm guessing it was supposed to be 5 hours in Sandbox, just not sure)
Game Mode (This is where I was expecting to see a creative mode option): Normal, Permanent Death.
Difficulty: Very Easy - Nightmare.

I know I caught you in another thread, but I'll answer this here too in case someone else is looking.

Start a Multiplayer Game for Creative Mode, it should be the top option to toggle, I think, when you host your own game.
