What Happened To Sisters In Arms?

I haven't played for a few months but started a new campaign today and now have 7 dwarves in my colony, all male.

Steam shows the DLC installed, the game shows Sisters In Arms, so, what's up?

Is there a reasone for SIA being disabled, or is this just an extreme case of unlucky RNG?

RNG is RNG.

Wine Barrel is a Sisters in Arms item, so if that shows up in your tech-tree then your all-male troupe is essentially just flipping a coin and getting heads 7x.

Wow! I do have winebarrels, I also have 8 male dwarves. there is 1 chance in 256 of getting 8 males and 0 females, I believe. That's pretty steep odds.

Finally! The twelfth dwarf, after 11 males in a row, was female. RNG or not, I was about to start a bug thread.
