How does multiplayer work in this game?

I'm about to buy the game but can't find much info about mp.

Does the base (without dlc's) game have any kind of mp?
Is Dig with Friends dlc worth buying?
Does Sisters in Arms dlc add any mp related stuff?

there is Co op worlds for the base game.
Dig with Friends, you can make multiplayer world up to 5 players
Sisters in Arms gives you easy food and a catapult and pets

You can join some mini MP with Base Game. But its short Coop or PvP Matches. That cant be safed and only serve to get ressources for your Singleplayer Game (you take some loot home after the Match :) )

Sisters in Arms does not add MP stuff as far as I know.

The Dig with Friends DLC is effectively the MP allowing you to play a Full World together with Friends and also safe it and continue playing it next time :)

There was an issue with Dig with friends, when loading a savegame, the host worked correctly but the joining player lost items , dwarf skills, etc.

is that solved? if, we would buy the coop-dlc....
if not its sure still coop-gamebreaking. (but all player with at least 1 friend love coop....)
