Single player settings

Hello, im new to the game, was wondering the single player settings, are they changable after starting? i started a game, and seems it doesnt rain a lot. so im guessing that is why trees arent growing on the rainforest biome? also noticed i picked large biome, and it gave me small?

That doesn't seem right to me. Mine doesn't change when I choose them. Are you doing Custom game or the Tutorial one? Custom you can change and make it any way you want and it stays. The tutorial one is set on certain settings and doesn't change. Once I got the hang of playing CTW I prefer custom because I like large worlds.

Custum, i tried the tatorial one first, then found the custum, and had these problems.

..if u have tested what other maps there r after u pick that large setting, it did change it back to small, coz all maps dont have large option.
and u cant change wheather settings, u need to start new game.

Sure you selected custom game? As you don't need to unlock the other biome worlds in order to play them in custom.

Campaign is the only one you have to unlock the others with. Each will have a defined setting. So even if changeable it will default back to what setting it should be for campaign.

I only know this because I have not beaten the sand world yet, as I just went to custom game for the sandbox mode. At least the last time I created custom world.
