Questions regarding CF 2.5 Developer version - pricing

I checked your website and you mention that buying the MMF2 Developer edition right now is beneficial since you can then upgrade to CF 2.5 Developer edition for free, and MMF2 Dev is cheaper than the CF 2.5 ($399) price.

Unfortunately, your "Buy" link on your site for MMF2 Dev is broken, so I cannot see what the price for the MMF2 Dev edition is to know how much of a savings it is over simply buying the CF 2.5 Dev. So...

1) What is the price (through you directly or if there is a cheaper one, through whoever) for MMF2 Developer edition?

2) How long will we be able to buy the current MMF2 and/or MMF2 Dev and be able to upgrade for free to the corresponding CF 2.5 version? (it appears Feb 2014 was stated somewhere on your website, can you verify?)

3) I see you mention here on Steam that the CF 2.5 Dev edition will be available at some point, and that if we purchase other products from your website and wish to upgrade here on Steam you will be making Steam license keys for that purpose, are there any places we *cannot* purchase the previous product and upgrade either direct or on steam?

4) You mention on the Steam community that we must purchase add-ons / exporters for the Steam version from Steam directly - does this mean that those who have purchased some of these elsewhere can get a Steam key for those add-ons / exporters they have already purchased elsewhere? and if so, is there a time limit for that?

Additionally, you should fix the broken link on your website for purchasing MMF2 / MMF2 Dev, and perhaps put the pricing on the "info' pages for the products.

MMF2 and MMF2 Dev are no longer available on our site, The post you are reading is before CF2.5 was released. We are working on providing Steam keys to buyers from our site. Dev and the exporters will be available shortly on steam as well.

What if we purchase from somewhere other than your site for questions 2, 3, and 4? I see it is available from creationengine.com and presumably elsewhere.

Also, I get that you no longer offer MMF2 for sale on your site directly, and that the post in your forum I was reading is now prior to CF 2.5 release, however the link I mention is from your website, not your forum. So anyone simply going to your website (where it does not state it is no longer available) gets a "PURCHASE" button/link for MMF2 and MMF2 Dev that is broken.

I mention it simply for your benefit and you might want to pass it on to your website manager to update/fix/remove so as not to confuse those potential customers simply hitting your website. Since you are not Steam exclusive, it probably means many will see your website without the benefit or opportunity to read this info here on the Steam Community.
