After it's compiled to EXE you can't import it back to Fusion... there's no such feature for that

So would there be a way for to decompile the exe file to a file that clickteam can open?

That's a lie.
People, two so far, HAVE gotten into the original source code of FNAF 2 and found some stuff. So there's a way.

so how...

That is the million dollar question here.
But the people who have gotten it said "Do your own research."
So, it's time to begin the official search to .exe to .mfa.

Any way you do that, it would be illegal, and a violation of the Runtime agreement. Also there is why would you want to?

Okay, first of all, unless I'm mistaken, it isn't illegal to have the source code AS LONG as you don't submit it online. THEN it's illegal. I think.
Why?
To find the secrets.
There's things we never knew in the game files.
Balloon Girl is called JJ.
The frame with the cutscene in the FNAF 1 dining area is called "dream".
The unused skull is called Mike.
And The Puppet was originally meant to enter the Office like the old animatronics.
There is much to learn.

If you are the developer of Freddys, (Which I know him personally) and you have been working towards making a successful career out of game development. And you finally make something that everyone loves. Do you think he wants people reverse engineering it?

Is that how we has a gaming audience reward him for his work? What is some did post the code. Not everyone might be like you and see the distinction. Suddenly his work is out in the open for anyone to compile.

If you own a copy of Fusion and you reverse engineer a EXE and load it into your copy of Fusion, I do beleive legally you are breaking the TOS and Runtime agreement. Regardless of all that fancy pants legal mumbo jumbo. I think we should all consider Scott.

Lets respect his Art and the Art of any developer.

Just a opinon.

Not to mention all the people that have cloned his game
kisguri  [developer] Jan 29, 2015 @ 5:43pm
indeed! But they may have done that with a example file or figured it out on their own, Not actually took his MFA and edited it. Not saying it hasn't happened, just saying some clones may have been "honest" creations, that rip only the concept.

What you are referring to is changing the extension... that is not the same as illegally cracking an exe file
