Clickteam Fusion 2.5

Clickteam Fusion 2.5

Could someone please explain the "Royalty free, logo and credit free Not Subject to runtime agreement" to me please?
How does the royalty system work (looking only at the Fusion 2.5 version), aka what is the percentage share that I would have to give away with a released/sold product?

Could someone also explain the runtime agreement to me, waht does it relate to?

also"Ability / rights to change the version information of the EXE files" is not present in the standard version, but is in the upgraded version, could someone please ellaborate on that ?

Thank you.

Curious as well.

When you buy Fusion 2.5 Standard, there is no Royalties paid to Clickteam for any programs you write with it. You spend the 99.99 dollars (or today 34.00) and thats it. The difference between Standard and Developer is in Standard you are required to place our logo in your app.

Please let me know if that answers the question!

ok,thankyou for that information, and would you mind ellaborating as to the other questions I had:

It felt a bit confusing to me...

Runtime agreement basically refers to the rules governing the created products you make with the tool.

Developer allows you access to change these things in the Apps properties in the Fusion editor. And will reflect these changes in the final created exe.

Do you happen to have a link to the Runtime agreement?

EULA: http://store.steampowered.com/eula/248170_eula_0

You can find the runtime agreement by launching help in Fusion and searching Runtime Agreement.

Thanks, tried to find a version of the runtime agreement though on your website, before I purchase/download the software.

So if I made a game and were to distribute it, I'd have to place something like "Developed in Clickteam 2.5" with the logo at the start of the game?

Correct, kinda like you see Unity games sometimes. We do permit with the current verbage for the creditation to appear also in the "Credits" section of the app. Of course we prefer bootup especially when you have made something super cool!

Do you require it to stay (if one decides to do a splash screen) up for a certain ammount of time? That is is there a required minimum time?

No required minimum time.

Alright, cool! Furthermore, can we profit from games made with the standard, non developer version?
