Thanks for your fast response. I have windows 7 home edition, it's really weird that it suddenly stopped to work, this afternoon after I posted the first message I tried a couple of things:
1. To test it in windows secure mode.
2. To uninstall and reinstall the whole program to see if it was some ".dll" lost or rewritten library or something.
But nothing changed or got fixed. Any additional information you may need just ask, I will try my best to help to solve this issue.
Greetings.
In the other hand I will try that as a contingency measure to keep advancing a little bit, but I cannot import long animations as I was doing before, I am working with around 1600 frames animations, so copy-paste image by image would be a serious pain. Greetings.
Problem confirmed & solved, if you deactivate the beta of Steam it works again normally (in my case), let's see with Петакий, so it´s a thing to check which is the file or command they removed or modified in the beta that doesn´t allow the program to open that window. Thanks for your fast assistance Kisguri :)
Greetings
