How do I launch an ".MFA" file? (ANSWERED)

So, my friend on steam made a game using Clickteam Fusion. I downloaded it, and got a file ending with ".mfa". How do I launch the game? He thinks it might be because it's a shared mfa.

I'm assuming you don't own clickteam fusion. Your friend has to create the .exe file so you can play it. If you have clickteam fusion, then you can open it using the app. Regards
