Load frame positions problem.

I've made a level editor and use the default save and load frame position function.
But when I try to load a level there is a error message "This file was not saved with this application."
But it was. How could I fix this?
I want to use the easiest functions for saving and loading and I also have an array solution in another game. Should I use it? I think it's more complicated.
