Does someone know something about the new patch?

I bought the ultimate collection and now I find out I cant add mods and Id like to be for sure but is the online not working?

Currently working my way through the Ultimate Collection and now rediscovering Kane's Wrath. So far having a very good time with it, more because of Skirmish and Global Conquest rather than with its incoherent campaign. It also seems to run a little better out of the box than C&C3 vanilla, but I'm still having massive slowdowns whenever there's a superweapon on screen, or a decent number of units in a shootout. Running a Ryzen 7700 series and 4070ti, so I don't think hardware is an issue. Running the game ...

hi i am looking for help i cant get the world builder to launch on kanes wrath to modify some maps i downloaded. i have the ultimate collection from steam. please any help would be great. i am using windows 11. also im a little slow at understanding things and im trying to get back into the swing of gaming again.thanks any help would be great to fix this problem...
