How to add custom maps in Kane's Wrath?

Is there any way to add custom maps and/or use map editor in Kane's Wrath trough steam?

Yes there is a way. Download a map folder and place the whole folder into your Maps folder. Unzip if needed. (C:\Users\computer_name here/AppData\Roaming\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\Maps)

ORIGIN (ULTIMATE COLLECTION) probably work on steam
Windows 10 x64(bit)

1. run regedit
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Electronic Arts\Electronic Arts\Command and Conquer 3 Kanes Wrath

3. Edit-->New-->Dword (32bit)value

4. change name to UseLocalUserMaps data: 0


5. add maps to C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\Command and Conquer 3 Kanes Wrath\Maps

restart client and game

custom maps should just drop into the maps folder at the address stated in the post above.

C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\Command and Conquer 3 Kanes Wrath\Maps

I think the easy way, if the folder is not there is to go online on the revora server and enter a game where someone is running a custom map..it will automatically create the maps folder and download the map...after that you can drop any custom map into that folder.
