Windowed mode?

Any ideas how to play this game in windowed mode?
I tried to run it as "D:\Program files\Steam\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer 3 - Kane's Wrath\CNC3Ep1.exe" -win
but the game doesn't work unless you run it through steam. So anyone an idea how to run it in windowed mode?

Is the command, to do this you go to your libary full of games. You right click command and conquer or whatever, click properties, click "Advance options" type in this command, click OK, and start the game up it should work.

-win -fullscreen -xpos 0 -ypos 0
For borderless Fullscreen

I just set "-win" in steam launch options and it worked perfectly

just use -win and borderless gaming. works perfectly and can alt+tab
