there was a perfectly working guide.
the way it worked didnt change for the last atleast 7 years.
this is odd and screams "i can pin stuff/get it pinned and want the attention".

The guide was on a thread in this forum already.
The reason i said this worked the same for 7 years and counting.

Then yeah, I kinda prefer the guide to be in the thread itself rather than clicking an external link. Also, I like its topic name so I can tell people they didn't read the "read this before you post" faq before they posted lol.

thats why i commented what i did.
this seems just highly unnecessary esp considering the poster doesnt even play cnc minus the 90 mins recent to probably take the screens for the guide.

Cervanthes is one of the people behind c&c online that is working on updating it with new features and a new launcher as we speak.

I was tasked to write this guide because the way how things work will change soon and this allows us to make sure the steam section has up to date information.

i do have like no playtime on steam that is correct xD but i play on different releases since pretty much the start. i gotta admit since im in charge of C&C:Online and its development i didnt have that much time to spend on playing the cnc games on steam so yeah you are fully right. i dont have any steam playtime for the titles ^^
