Other than that, Kane's Wrath has an extra game mode which is somewhat like Risk, has more players online (via C&COnline as the normal multiplayer no longer works), and it has a new campaign which acts both as a prequel and sequel to Tiberium Wars 3.
And about multiplayer. The game used gamespy and those servers shut down a few years ago. So normal matchmaking no longer works. If you want to play online, try googling C&COnline. There's a lot of information on it on the internet.
In short, it connects you to the servers of Revora; allowing you to play multiplayer as if nothing happened. Be warned through, it's mostly old veterans playing so it might be very hard to get into the flow of things.
