tried to play with buddy who bought it aswell
and we both get same error while trying to join LAN multi

My easiest suggestion to you is just use the revora servers for online play. I have always had poor luck with LAN usage in this game. I play with two other members of my household and we have found that to be the easier and more reliable option. It should however be noted that I occasionally have connection issues when we are all on the same network, however this is easily mitigated by having the host on the primary network and the joining players on a sub network of your main network(I have a guest network).

MySolution:
One of you can change the registry key for the game. The specific numbers and letters of the key are not important.

Good News:
It's very simple and easy. You can export the key and save it to the desktop, allowing you to import the key with just one click. This method also works for "Tiberium Wars".

Bad News:
You need to change the key every time you start the game.

Detailed Steps
Open the Registry Editor:

Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter.
Navigate to the Game's Registry Key:

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Electronic Arts\Electronic Arts\Command and Conquer 3 Kanes Wrath\ergc.
Modify the Key:

Double-click on the @ value, which is a String Value (REG_SZ), and enter a new key. The exact format of the key (numbers/letters) does not matter.
Export the Key for Easy Access:

Right-click on the ergc folder and select Export.
Save the exported .reg file to your desktop. This file can be used to quickly re-import the key with one click.
Important Reminder:

You need to change the key every time you start the game.
