My game is running in Dutch language
I'ld love to switch it back to english but I can't find where in the settings
Does anyone know to do this

Use the -ui command line parameter to bring up the secondary GUI launcher for the game. From there, find the Set Language button (might have to use Google Translate to figure out which one it is, but I think it's the leftmost button once you press the arrow on the bottom right). When you press the Set Language button, a new window will appear that has a drop-down menu. Select the English option from there and apply it that way. That should change your game's language back to English.

So I'm trying to follow your advice, right click, properties & then looking for the starting options I notice a tab in the upper right corner called 'language'...
You can already guess where I'm going to right...
So simple omg :D
