with a following 11 addresses by the name of..

With each separate address having its own number sequence after the .exe

which is what i've been using to get original maps open (extracting them using a .BIG third party program, and then saving them in one of the maps folder, i think i put it into the appdata/roaming directory.
To solve the OUT_OF_MEMORY errors, use NTCore's 4GB patch on the Worldbuilder.exe file--the map's too big/complex to load into a 2GB memory space; this tool will expand the space to use the full 4GB address space in memory: https://ntcore.com/?page_id=371
It may be how your mod's files are placed in your Documents folder for Kane's Wrath. Make sure that each mod is formatted as such:
.../Documents/Command and Conquer 3 Kanes Wrath/Mods/Mod_Name/
Then place the mod's .SkuDef and .big files in that Mod_Name folder (with "Mod_Name" being the name of your mod ofc). You'll also need the WrathEd mod launcher since Kane's Wrath doesn't have a mod browser like Tiberium Wars does: https://bibber.eu/downloads/wrathed-mod-launcher/
