I tried the steps but I have a 32-bit and I couldn't find the EA folder in my WoW6432node. The only folder there is is a Microsoft folder and inside is a IE folder and a windows folder and folders relaed to those folders and nothing else. Do you know the alternative location for Win 32-bit? Thank you again!
Use this download of the installer to repair your install, fixed the this app can't run on your pc error for me instantly.
1. Hold the Windows logo key and hit R. (⊞ Win+R)
2. type in the command box regedit
3. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > (Wow6432Node > )Electronic Arts > Electronic Arts > Command and Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath (or Tiberium wars, whichever one you are installing the World Builder for; it works for both.)
4. Double Click on the InstallPath to and add a \ to the end of it. Hit OK and exit all windows.
Now it should read:
"c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\command and conquer 3 tiberium wars\"
Instead of:
"c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\command and conquer 3 tiberium wars
5. Try installing the World Builder again.
Hope that fixes it for you!
