C&C 3: how TO play in LAN

I know there are some discussion about this topic.
Maybe someone can answer soon who is using LAN @ Windows 10!?

Here is my situation:

2 PCs with Windows 10, own steam account with own C&C 3 key include Kanes Wrath.
both systems are conect by WiFi, have an own IP and can ping each other.
It's possible to play other games in LAN-mode.

Trying to disable the internet security (Kaspersky) was not the solution.

However: When I open a game @ PC1 I can not see it in other PC - same situation when I open I game @ PC2

I read that some guys are using an extra tool. I did not tried and from my point of view: should not be needed because both devices are in same room and same network.

Please tell me simple solutions for this situation....

Verify your windows firewall is turned off. Verify your network connection is not on the "Public" Profile.
