Seriously? It gets repetitive and boring VERY fast, and you get no actual incentive to play it at all. Not so much as a mention in the player profile.
I'd rather see Kane's Challenge ported to PC.
Vast majority bought it ten years ago. Many with steam purchase bought it later to get it in to library and have not many hours there
Each faction has a different bit of dialogue.
Gotta complete the collection ^_^
*Nods* But if only the 360 version were playable. I had it and while I enjoyed it to an extent, I would have enjoyed it more if it had a keyboard & mouse option with no unit cap. In that regard the PC version is superior even without Kane's Challenge (though, that still woulda been nice but considering things it's a worthy trade off).
GDI doesn’t have a unit cap, thanks to an exploit with the unit call in support powers
I’d take Kane’s Challenge over what we have here any day. It’s just far more entertaining. Especially when you handicap yourself by staying at a certain tier. The fourth mission was the biggest challenge imo.
True, but it's not exactly the same as having free range to deploy anything you want at any given time in sort any of number you desire, it lacks the freedom of a RTS with no pop-cap.
That is one reason why it's so great having an RTS on the computer. We just have so much freedom over all compared to the console people.
The purpose is to prevent crashes. It sucks, but it’s what you have. That’s one of the reasons I bought an Alienware computer, to play Kane’s Wrath without crashing (was playing TF2 on laptop for about a year, crashed constantly)
And for that, playing RTS on a PC is superior.
No argument. PC is just better for most things. One thing that always gets me is the controller tho. Can’t play FPS with KB+M. Controller just feels more natural for FPS, but this isn’t the place for that discussion.
