Missions bugged?

Tried doing guns n ammo, went down EVERY single path stemming from hunter's paradise and nothing, same thing with "New neighbors" checked both checkpoints, mission doesn't advance.

Am I doing something wrong because these missions are cryptic as ♥♥♥♥ or is this just a buggy mess?

Hi,
Are you sure you went to the correct locations?
As far as I recall, these are the coordinates:
Guns & Ammo: 159 168 , 161 162 - Note that you’ll need a key for the first location.
New Neighbors: 136 126 , 140 125 , 144 123
If you did go to the correct locations but still couldn’t complete the tasks, you can submit a ticket to Customer Care with details and screenshots showing the issue, and they will investigate it for you.

Guns and Ammo, you have to go into the weapons storage room (requires key). Inside, you need to examine a shelf. After that, you take the road south, all the way to the highway where you'll see boxes on the road. Hook a left and follow it to a truck parked in the road. Interact with the truck (Driver's door IIRC). Task complete.

New Neighbors. Same deal. On the main road leading into YBL from th eNE is a truck. Interact with the door and then move to the NW up the dirt road. You'll see a checkpoint on the road past the LZ. Once you've examined the map there, goio straight west into the jungle. On the map is a tiny green dot in the trees. There isa camp there and one of the huts has a long table under it with a notebook on the table. Also, grab the image off the wall there to start a hidden task.

Thanks for being specific, the mission description was so little descriptive that I went by the same truck 5 times without knowing I had to interact with the door (of all the things that are in the scene)

This mission appears to be softlocked for me, the intel isn't on table, or at least there isn't anything on the table I can interact with other than the oil lamp. I was able to look at the map on the wall to start the mission for Gunny though. This is my second attempt, same issue.

Did you search the two checkpoints? Did the task update, telling you to move into the jungle directly west?

IT's a red book on that table in front of the map.

Thanks for the tip, I had a hunch after I wrote this that I was missing a trigger for the book to appear.
