Doesn´t sound like an issue with the game itself though.. I run it on 2 seperate machines ( old and new ) and I have no issues except for the limitations of my GPU´s
search the threads.. and you will probably find a solution.
Does the 3D Resolution slider in your graphics settings say 100 or is it lower?
Kinda confused, if you're streaming I don't have much experience with Geforce Now other than to say it may be an bandwidth issue.
If it's blurry running locally on your own PC, can you let us know if you have the 8GB or 16GB VRAM version of the 4060Ti?
For geforce now, if you want the best visual fidelity you should be using DLSS upscaling method with the super resolution set to DLAA. If you don't like the performance of that, you can also try the "Off" setting for super resolution for no extra anti-aliasing and a sharper image. Also make sure your texture resolution is set to high or epic.
For your own PC, 8GB VRAM is not enough to properly run 1440p ultrawide. For example, my 4070s at normal 1440p already will push up against 12GB VRAM with FG and RT on. One of the things game engines may do in that scenario is drastically lower texture quality to not have an out of memory crash. Try running in fullscreen mode with a reduced resolution to see if that helps, and also try the DLSS overrides for "Latest" in the nvidia app as these reduce VRAM usage as well.
This is the number one reason why people say their game looks blurry. Set that to 100 and don't try to upscale.
This and might reseting or changing stuff can help. I was using DLSS Quality mode and it was looking horrible until I switched to performance and back to quality. For some reason it was rendering in a very, very low resolution without properly displaying it.
