Video has timestamps but will add a handful from the Q&A portion:
27:15 - AI Priority?

28:40 - Night ops using real time or game time?
29:40 - Roadmap when?
30:18 - Stealth Mechanics?
30:45 - NVG Realism?
32:18 - High Value Loot?
33:30 - Optimization and new staff.
Change how the NVG tube works.
As it is now the NVG lights up the right right side while the ADS is still in the middle and this looks both awkward and broken.
Either move the NVG to the middle or have the ADS follow the NVG to the right.
Hey Combat Vet and NVG owner, the PVS-14 is a pain to align each time with the RDS to the center of the Tube, sometimes its off a bit sometimes its on the money. It didn't matter as long as it was visible.
Hi, gamer and FPS enthusiast here.
So yeah, I'm talking about game design and not real life. Or are you going to take a hard stance on this as you did with the heli's, until you finally caved and changed it?
But you do you.
Watch the video. AI is being changed. Helicopters are faster from one point to another and they come in from off map near your position, rather than flying from your base.
We should judge after the update will come out but you are spot on... the preview addresses those issues. I'm pritty excited.
I deleted that post. It was a little harsh and didnt want to start something that may derail the thread, despite being very annoyed by that post.
I am , however, excited by that preview too
I actually like realistic approach. There is enough good shooters that don't do that, but GZW scratches an itch that other games can't. I would like devs to be true to their vision. If the game will be for everyone than it will loose itself.
It's going to get old, real fast, just like the helicopters.
Long heli rides don’t add to the experience like realistic equipment and weapons do.
So don't play. It's weird to show up to a game's forum acting like a child. Much of the game's design is geared towards realism. If that's not your cup of tea, go play something else instead of trying to browbeat the devs into making the game you want. Thanks!
I'm looking forward to the update, primarily the AI and chopper fixes.
