Found it 194-143 are the coordinates. Quest text is misleading. It is not near ban pa at all imo holy hell.

Think logically when looking at the missions that are a little less descriptive.

If you know the helicopter was shot down NW of Ban Pa, and the helicopters take certain routes on the map, take a flight from Ban Pa heading northwest. You can, pretty clearly, see the crashed bird in the field as you're flying.
