There must be some kind of adapter.
There’s not M-LOK at all on a RIS II.
Like the other poster said, that DD RIS handguard is a quad picatinny rail only. In real life, that handguard cannot be converted to M-LOK. You need to use picatinny compatible accessories.
There might be some aftermarket adapters to convert picatinny to M-LOK, but in general, you either use a picatinny handguard (and compatible accessories) or you use an M-LOK handguard, like the Geissele MK16. Most adapters sold (and what is available in the game) are used to convert M-LOK to picatinny, since picatinny is a much more established interface so there are a lot of accessories available that might not be compatible with the M-LOK interface.
So basically, either use a different handguard or a different fore grip.
