m700 has better eye relief and is probably slightly more accurate and faster
My M700 has an MOA of 0.61, my Mosin has an MOA of 1.47, making the M700 the best long range sniper option having more than twice the accuracy.
At 400 yards the Mosin can hit anywhere within 6 inches of point of aim.
At 400 yards the M700 can hit anywhere within 2.5 inches of point of aim.
The farther the distance, the greater the disparity. The Mosin is good for about 600 yards, which is plenty given the landscape of this game, but if you were trying for head shots at 400 yards, 6 inches off can be a complete miss.
