much like glass they all should be working correctly. good on you to look for problematic areas though you are doing good service to making the game better.

but I also wonder testing wise how you could reliably test for such a thing when its possible (because you can't see the enemy) that you are not striking the enemy location to know and vice versa.

I'm sure there are plenty of can't shoot through moments across other materials too.

There was one area in particular at the shooting range, hp, its a specific tree and its on the northern edge path that runs along the outside of the perimeter wall. You can clearly see like an active hitbox within the foliage cluster that your round impact upon. I found it as i approached from the west and sat on a roof looking east. i could see an ai through the foliage of the tree and attempted to take him out, 50m or less. Rounds impacted the foliage part obscuring his chest, had to flank around the foliage to register a hit on him. I then went to check it out more closely and it was almost like an invisible object was stuck in the foliage stopping rounds. it was only a small square area but it did indeed impact rounds and stop them penetrating. All thoroughly reported with grid reference at the time i found it.
Yeah blanket statements are very juvenile forms of manipulation used frequently in here, reminds me of arguing with my teenage son

ah yes I know what you mean when them invisible walls are for sure a problem if they are present, can tell when you can't clip through.

makes sense, I'll keep my eyes open for any and report if i find any.

had some fun last night with a short barrel M4 as my close range weapon last night in tiger bay and MS.
built out a weapon usin gM4 body 10 inch barrle and all the attachments I could for weapon handling and arm stamina, didnt worry too much about recoil as this was for close range, found that its veyr good in that when you breach rooms through doors and have enemies close you dont get stuck aiming at the ground because you are too close to the enemy and can spray from almost right next to them. went without the suppressor also as figured if I was fighting then all the local guys would come anyway. Sill means that the AK doesnt really have a place as this seemed shorter than those too.

one of the biggest strengths of the AK is abundance of ammo

if the guns in your area are dropping something else its just better to switch to whatever the enemies are dropping, thats how I look at it.

the american weapons are generally better overall, the Mosin is out performed by the M700 and the AKM/N/S are out performed by the M4.

it's also important to point out that early game you can actually get stats on your AK to be better than those of the M4. It's only after you get late game and can buy attachments that the M4 becomes definitely better.

the AKMNS and AK74N are useless in this build because there is no night cycle and that is what they are supposed to be mainly used for.

you can build a short range Mosin but that is also looking for trouble as you seem to lose some muzzle velocity and some stopping power, coupled with the long reload time makes for a bad CQC experience, still doable but don't get rushed :P

You can build a nice M4A1 for less than $2k, with better stats than that Mk18 for $6800. Use your noodle and just do it
