i have known this from the first day building my own weapons.
basically try not to use anything strains your arm stamina, especially for sniping mostly.
this applies to any weapon you are building.
with a good spec any builds is best for your specific purposes.
OH! MK or not, DOES NOT make difference. They will kill you if they want to.
you are just wasting your money and (best) gears. :)

There's plenty of us managing to run and enjoy the game, there's no question of bugs/issues etc, they're definitely present but some systems appear to run it relatively well, others absolutely not according to the forums. Not unlike many games and their communities these days I suppose! 👍

funny isnt it, the community of players actually in game is amazing, and the forum ... toxic AF
As for the video, I feel like there will be a weapon balancing coming up in the future that will make the AK more useable for close range, and the modifications made in this video more effective (i.e. a bigger difference than just using the stock MK18 with the 20inch barrel from gunny as currently you can pretty much use that everywhere)

Most likely. I know devs have stated in the past they're not even close to where they want to be in terms of weapon modifications. I''d love to get an AK-74 under a 2.0 MOA. The lowest I've gotten one is like 3.1 or something. I stopped trying to make a good one weeks ago.

A real life 74 has a MOA of 3-4 so it's hard to get it lower than 3. It's just not as accurate as an M4 for example.

True. they just feel totally useless outside of 150 meters in game, currently. Great for clearing buildings but extended shots, no so much. You're just as likely to miss a vital area as you are to hit it. Unlike the M4 which hits where you aim almost every time.

luckily you have the ability to carry a second weapon, so you can carry an AK for close range and a mosin for range.
the ammo for AK seems to b4e the main problem at the moment
