M2 vs RPC vs AI
Hey guys,

both vest are rated as III+ but I don't know why but with M2 vest I can take more bullets. I know it's random where they shoot you but in average i can take more with M2 BUT it seems like with M2 vest the AI aims more on upper part of the body, like head, neck, arms.
Does the AI take into count if you are wearing a vest? Because when i take off my vest and just run to them in 90% i get a body shot but with a vest i got like 3 times more headshots.

Does anyone experienced that aswell?

I've not noticed any appreciable difference, personally.

M2 is ceramic and RPC is not.. i wonder if the devs made differences in the material which the vests are made of.

Dunno. It seems they do, in the weight department, at least. The M2 is lighter than the RPC. If they went beyond weight, then ceramic is brittle and not rated for multiple hits and has worse edge protection.

True. I think M2 vest should get destroyed a little faster because of ceramic. Also when you get shot there is a little cloud or smoke from the vest because... ceramic. That would be cool.

The last M2 vest I wore protected me quite well. I took a lot of hits. But it did seem to degrade very quickly.

. . . . unlikely they cant even get the servers to not crash every hour . . . doubt the dev team knows anything about ballistics or armor

They might not but it is an addon in UE 5 so they would literally download it to the engine and mark this as ceramic and that as steel and so on and set degradation XY for each material and thats it.
I play every day for almost a month and i experienced like 3 or 4 server crashes. It is not that bad. Keep in mind it's their first big game and first on PC. Many of the devs are literally learning how to do it.
