The mod is there, and Nexus admin clearly states that they have no issue with the mod itself, just with the way the previous incarnation of the mod was presented and with people behaving like complete idiots in the comments section.

The disclaimer only appears once the first time you launch the game, and can be skipped by pressing Enter. But the mod is still there, anyone who "needs" just download it and use it, but there's no need to make ragebait and anti-woke campaign wars over it.

The dumb ass disclaimer shouldn't be there to begin with... This woke era we're in is pathetic since when was tomb raider offensive to anyone anywhere its a game for christ sakes with a T-rex in a cave for no reason other than fun...

Nexus Mods has been under the control of extremely bigoted hypocrites for a long time now.

Frankly the sooner that site is boycotted into oblivion and replaced the better, it's a dark, stain on the modding community and so long as it has no competition they will abuse it's power like all tyrannical people do when said power goes to their heads and they start thinking they're better and more important than everyone else..
