As the title says, does this game feature rebindable controls for mouse and keyboard?

Launched the game and immediately noticed an issue. I have 2 displays and the game started in the one of them, but video in another one (usual twitch stream) stops. It stops when game window has focus and continues when game looses focus. If I turn on vertical sync, the issue disappears, but this is the only game where I had to switch this chekbox. Good luck with release and hope to have fun from it :D...

What a wacky fun game xD. Is there a price decided for it yet? I'm looking forward to full release.
