Question about parks and plazas
So, while searching on both the internet and youtube i've found out that apparently small green parks are better than other parks and plazas because they're small, very efficient at increasing land value and help reduce pollution.

The question is, which one is better at increasing RES / COM desiderability while reducing pollution at the same time?
Should i replace all the plazas and other types of parks with small green parks or some of them like the large plaza are much better and efficient?

Money is not an issue as i have a large positive budget.

Yes but in the city where space is limited, which one should i use to increase desiderability and reduce pollution at the same time?

I would use whichever will be best for the neighborhood around it.

They do both decrease pollution, though not by much.

Stats in more detail here:

Nice, a discussion about actual game play again! Now I do have my own source which seems to contradict a bit Tsubame's which are tables shown starting at 56 seconds into this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2HGEHMohWfM

As for your actual question however, I feel you should double check your sources you found as I wouldn't be surprised if the reason they recommended the small park greens is because, well, they're green! And that means you can plant trees on them and that being the reason: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2963507224 But as that screenshot shows, you can plant basically anywhere there's grass and that does include say the edges of some parking lot tiles of zoned buildings! Maybe just give that a go.

The trees in parking lots is interesting. I never thought to try it.

Also airports. You can plant a ton of trees around the perimeter in all that open grass. Monorail tiles can also be planted with trees on both sides. So if you have a line running through a densely built area, you can actually create a sort of linear park.

The question here was what type of parks to build to get the best mix of desirability boasts and emissions reductions, I meanwhile had already covered extra tree planting locals saying:

i wonder how many people know that the parks don't actually need road connections and that some of them serve as pathways used to connect to other park pieces?

like how the community gardens sometimes will be placed next to a grass patch and have an opening in their fence to allow entry, or how you can zoom in to a large park and watch how people move from it down a grass path and onto a gazebo and so forth.

they really put a lot of attention to detail into this game, and it's why i loved maxis.

does the size of things like parks make any diference on the effects?

You can view the table within the video I linked in post #4 for more info on that, in short, larger better in most cases, except in a few like the playground for some reason.

Seems a bit off topic, but interesting info and thanks for teaching me!
